Pamela is the Founder of Yoga2Sleep and Co-Founder of Retreat to Spirit. She is a 500-hour certified Pranakriya Yoga Teacher. A yoga practitioner for over 20 years, Pamela loves sharing her joy and personal experience through teaching, creatively working with private clients, and collaborating with socially conscious organizations. Pamela teaches several workshops, leads yoga teacher trainings and retreats, writes about the effectiveness of yoga within diverse populations, and speaks nationally about yoga’s countless benefits.
