Hi, my name is Arianna! I am a mom of two kids, a PhD student in Chemistry, a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher 200h and a breath coach.
Due to my background, I offer sessions to moms or moms to be to face the pregnancy with strength, the labour and the delivery with awareness and the motherhood without stress. Moreover, I teach classes to improve focus, digestion and the health of the entire body, In addition, I use different yoga techniques to help my clients to improve their back conditions.
