Latisha Roland is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). As a passionate lifelong student and a yoga teacher, Latisha endeavor’s to share her authentic self through the blessing of this practice with her immediate and extended community. 

Her hope to inspire others to feel empowered about their holistic health and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit through careful class planning and energy reading in and outside the classroom as she helps her students create space in the body with breath awareness, breathing techniques, and moving into stillness.

Through this intention, Latisha’s goal is to break stigmas and to share her  journey in a way that allows her students to cultivate body awareness, know that their life is valuable as they develop courage in the body, mindfulness, flexibility, strength, light, love, new beginnings, self-acceptance as well as feeling refreshed in every class.
