Hello,
My name is Yvette Kara Artist & Yogi at heart with a passion for painting, nature, reading books, for silence, classic music, my family and good communication.
I have a small painting studio & a seperate Yoga studio in my garden at home, directly near the forest. So I also offer outdoor and inside yoga.
My teaching style is a mixture of gentle and detailed aligned Hatha Yoga, slow but also challenging Vinyasa Yoga and relaxing Yin Yoga, mixed with Pranayama and meditation. I love the focus on breathing and to let go the thoughts, to feel the wonderful effect of the here & now on the mat.
Yoga is in my life since 2 years, I started to read the books of Matthieu Ricard, I was searching for more silence inside me and for a better quality to live, also in physically and mentally kind, so Yoga comes to me and fulfills my being.
In march 2022 I accomplished with WAY Yoga International in Wiesbaden, Germany my Yoga teacher RYT 200 and I still go this way, to complete the RYT 500.
I like to participate in different kinds of yoga. As a yoga teacher I hope to transport the possibility to my yoga participants: a better understanding of yourself, a better way to be, to feel and to think. I like further trainings and the contact with other Yogis it is always an enriching gift.
When I am not teaching, I like to paint in my small studio, love to walking with my dog Bruno through the forest, mountains or along the sea, also relaxing by gardening, cooking for my 2 wonderful boys and friend or to travelling with my lovely husband. Yoga shows me who I really am and I am very grateful for finding it inside me. Yoga is the greatest gift, i have given myself!
