I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and teaching yoga for 10 years, and I have loved every moment of it. I teach yoga because it's my way of offering something beautiful to the world. I offer opportunities for you to find peace within yourself, a way to silence the voice inside that constantly natters away. I offer you the doorways to happiness, peace and unconditional love, and I leave it to you to open those doors.

My mission in teaching yoga is to guide my students closer and closer to the Light within them. My vision is that once people begin to practice yoga regularly that they will begin to share the practices with their loved ones. Let's reach an understanding of one another's need for self-care and relaxation - the only way we can do this is by leading by example.

What yoga means to me: Yoga is the practice of looking deeply within in order to connect with our highest self.
