My Yoga journey began 10 years ago, in 2012 when I decided to study Hindi and Japanese at the University of Turin.
Contrary to most, I came to know Yoga through the classes of Classic Indian Philosophy and through the Sanskrit language which was compulsory in my faculty.
While studying at University I started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Milan with my teacher Lella Clemente who studied under the guidance of Lino Miele.
After graduating I kept on practicing Yoga both on my own and in many other yoga schools of the area. There I took a master in Sciences of Religions, where I had the chance to study more about other religious beliefs and spiritualities, also specializing in those I had already studied.
In 2022 I attended two courses recognized by Yoga Alliance, Opes and ASI obtaining the first and second level of Hatha Yoga teaching. The same year I graduated from the 200 hours YTT organized by Himalaya Yoga Valley Center.
