Nicole Allan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Nicole Trained with The NZ School of Yoga, enrolled in a one year programme to complete her 500RYT. She has since completed a one month intensive 200RYT, along with her AcroYoga.org Certification. Nicole also has her Level 2 in Yoga Nidra.
Nicole has trained in trauma sensitive Yoga, she has a diploma in Psychology and Counselling, she has studied EFT and PSYCH-K and is currently studying Energy Med.
Nicole Teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Whole Brain Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Aerial Yoga and Acro Yoga.
Nicole is lead trainer on Raw Yoga's 200RYT, 300RYT and Aerial Yoga Teacher training.
