Carli Fluegge is a RYT with Yoga Alliance, she completed her 200hr certification in July of 2022 at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja Mexico. In March of 2023 she completed a comprehensive 50hr Yin, breathwork and meditation course in Gozo, Malta. She lives in Colorado and has been practicing yoga since 2018. After augmenting her life with the physical benefits of asana, she strived to learn more and come to understand the intricate and intrinsic qualities that define the ever life-changing practices of yoga philosophy. Carli's approach to studying, teaching and moving with yoga invokes a child-like sense of curiosity, gratitude and reciprocity.
