Diana has been practising yoga and meditation on and off for most of her life, but more consistently over the last 10 years. She has personally experienced the benefits of a regular practice for her own mental health and wellbeing, and is keen to support others to discover those and other benefits. She strongly believes that yoga is suitable for bodies of any shape or age or level of fitness, and as a recovering perfectionist, loves to encourage and support those who think they're not, or won't be, 'any good at yoga'.
Diana completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Inna Bliss Yoga, a Registered Yoga School in Brisbane, Australia, where she lives. She has also completed a 50-hour Yin yoga teacher training course with Miriam van Doorn, YACEP. She has taught at Inna Bliss (Camp Hill), Fernwood Fitness (Carindale), The Good Dose (Wynnum), Anytime Fitness (Wynnum), Mukti Yoga Centre (Coorparoo), Hibiscus Sports Centre (Upper Mount Gravatt), and Colmslie Health Club (Morningside). Diana's classes welcome students of all abilities, inviting them to turn inwards and find stillness in flowing movement, breath work, and meditation.
