I have often practiced yoga for the physical benefits throughout my life. Recently I began using yoga to help relieve severe stress and anxiety. Yoga helped to sooth my overactive nervous system, relaxing both my mind and body. I soon discovered that my yoga mat was a place I found contentment, enlightenment, and a much-needed mind body connection. I decided to attend Yoga teacher training in 2021 with the intention of deepening my own practice. In doing so I learned so much more.
I completed 200 Hours of Yoga Study including Techniques, Training & Practice, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy/Physiology, History, Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle.
I love teaching and sharing what I have learned with others. I am passionate about helping all students discover the joy of healing movement and conscious breathing.
