Katie leads lighthearted classes that reduce stress and infuse joy, so you can expect to return home stronger, joyful, and refreshed. Katie’s first introduction to yoga was from her father - even though he didn’t know it. At bedtime, he taught her how to calm her body down, by focusing her mind on one arm or leg at a time.
