Natalie has RYT-200 teacher certifications in Sanatan Hatha & Astanga Yoga (Nepal Yoga Academy) and Power Vinyasa (Richii Jai Yoga of Boulder, Colorado), but that’s just a fancy way to say she’s spent time on a yoga mat breathing, being, feeling, observing, and guiding others to do the same. As a teacher, she’s most interested in how she can best support you in your process of coming home to yourself.

She believes everyone comes to yoga for the reason that’s right for them. Each practice is an opportunity to be with what is, and an invitation to dream of what could be.

Her classes are rooted in body awareness with a balance of strengthening, stretching, relaxation and release. Each class is responsive to the students who come to practice. Classes draw from various yogic traditions (hatha, vinyasa, power vinyasa, Forrest, yin/restorative), physical therapy, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and what she’s learned about embodiment while working in technology.

Connect with her in class and on Instagram @littlebird_eatsworld.
