I help people that don't believe they can DO yoga develop a healthy relationship with their body through mindful movements. I teach people how to understand their breath patterns and the emotional connection that is occurring inside of them. With this new awareness to breath, an improved ability to move with the body, and a release of the mental trauma, we regain freedom in the day-to-day and are revitalized by life.
