Jess Jia is a certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance and has more than 1000 hours of teaching experience. Jess is always committed to learning and improving her knowledge and practice of yoga. Jess's teaching aims at enhancing students' physical strength and flexibility, as well as spiritual awareness.Jess is currently a student of Master of Applied Psychology Program at California Institute of Integral Studies. Her courses emphasize the perfect combination of asanas, breath work, awareness and yogic philosophy. Her practice has been inspired and guided by different teachers, with a focus on support one's wellbeing physically ,mentally and spiritualy.
