The practice of yoga, which I started more than 4 years ago, awakened my inner strength, also helping me to strengthen muscles and, therefore, tone the body and develop body and mental flexibility. It taught me self-discipline and consistency on the way to making my dreams come true. I learned to keep moving forward, with patience and perseverance, without giving up before the goal.
On a spiritual level, daily practice taught me love and acceptance of myself and from this change peace, love and acceptance for others were born, so I decided to start studying to be able to share this path and the resulting benefits with others.
