Lore Goldstein, M.Ed., M.S., is a psychotherapist, intuitive consultant, Kundalini yoga instructor, spiritual teacher, believer in the healing forces of nature, influential speaker, adventurer, and hopeless fan of House Hunters International.
Lore’s love of yoga began back in 2011 when she was living and working in a remote Eskimo village in Alaska. Originally, yoga was a means to try and heal from a health diagnosis, but then she found through movement, meditation, and pranayama, her emotional and spiritual well-being also flourished.
Being an avid Iyengar student for over 5 years, Lore originally saw Kundalini as the “weird” kind of yoga. However, as she experimented with the Kundalini form out of curiosity, and then took a few training courses to understand the method behind the perceived madness, she realized that using breathing techniques, mantras, and repetitive movements made a tremendous difference in her and her clients’ ability to quickly move stuck emotions out of the body. She was sold, and signed up for Kundalini yoga teacher training with the World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, India.
Lore now infuses the techniques in her coaching practice and enjoys teaching others the what, why, and practical application of Kundalini in order to open up the flow of energy in the body for mental clarity, improved physical health, and peace within.
