OlgaYogaDance is your fit-and wellness platform that provides a fusion of yoga, stretching, fitness and dance classes live online. Olga, the founder, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Olga has completed her professional ballet training education of 12 years learning the Vaganova Technique. During this time she was a principal dancer in "Cinderella" and "The Nutcracker" and participated in various modern, jazz and musical dance shows. She has also assisted as a choreographer. 

She has over 10+ years in teaching stretching and flexibility training. 

She has completed her yoga education at Akasha Yoga Academy and is a certified yoga trainer with a focus on Hatha Yoga.
