TerraGabriela is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with Uplifted YTT. She is currently working towards completing her Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (DTCM), as well as her Medical Qigong Practitioner certification (MQP).

My life completely changed when I started my personal spiritual practice. Yoga, meditation, surfing, and Chinese Medicine + Energetics, have all been at the core of this practice. It transformed me from a young girl struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, and depression, to a joyful and confident woman who has found her true self and purpose in the natural, holistic, self-healing arts. I have since devoted my life to serving others through this purpose, while eternally continuing my own journey of inward self-healing and outward self-growth. My teaching style is focused on harmonizing the body, the energy, and the spirit through physically aligned and intuitive movement, breath and Qigong, as well as meditation and inner awareness.
