Saima- Anicca is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
As a mother of a toddler and a Proffesional, I understand and appreciate the importance of health- mental, physical and spiritual. Yoga helps to bring together all these three aspects which help to incorporate the spirituality of the ancient texts, the breath and aligning the body with the mind. My aim to help create a holistic environment for my students to grow in Yog as a balanced human being.
Aerial yoga has helped me experience and appreciate the strength required in the core and shoulders. Postpartum, core is the most difficult area to handle and aerial yoga is the most fun way to tone it.
I also have certification in Ayurveda head Massage therapy which enables me to provide a holistic experience to the students.
