April has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for nearly 15 years. She earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2017, her 300-hour certification in 2021. It was while she was earning her 300-hour certification that she discovered her calling to be of service to others through her voice as a meditation coach especially for individuals with mental health challenges and parents of neurodivergent children. In 2022, she earned her 200-hour meditation teacher certification.
