Yoga and its spiritual practice is one that brings us full circle, postures, breath work and meditation. The benefits of becoming more in tune with the rhythm of the seasons' energy and the connection between that and the five elements, which in turn relate to the various organs of the body at the different times of the year.
Also having a professional Fitness background as a Personal Trainer and being a NLP Master Practitioner has helped me in my passion to qualify as a Yoga Teacher.
