Yoga and its spiritual practice is one that brings us full circle, postures, breath work and meditation.
I teach both Seasonal Yoga which aligns ourselves with the rhythm and the seasons' energy along with the connection between the organs of the body, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which is more dynamic whereby you learn each posture at a time forming a flow and a count on each breath, a moving meditation.
