Fernanda is a yoga teacher certified with 200 hours, under the guidance of the Yoga Lab crew in State College Pennsylvania. Focused on gentle movement, strength and alignment, Her yoga teaching and practise ties together the compassion we need for our bodies and the dedication we need to our cultivation of stillness and steadfastness. A proud activist and scholar of biobehavioral and environmental health, Fern believes yoga can help us to reconnect and learn more about ourselves and the world.
