I have practiced yoga for over 20 years, from retreats in Costa Rica and Puerto Vallarta to completing a 200 hour RYT program in Houston. I especially love the history and progression of yoga, anatomy, the Sanskrit language, and exploring props and variations of asanas. I love sharing what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) with others in an accessible way, holding space for individuals to explore their own practice.
