Kat did her fomation for registered hatha yoga teacher in 2017 after 20 years of pratice for herself.
She started only with a book and realized what a great impact the pratice has on healthy body, mind and lifestyle.
In 2020 she goes on with a registered YinYoga teacher training.
Her focus is mainly on brining the anatomic aspects in your daily yoga pratice - with concentration, respect, love and fun !
