Anne Jablonski is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

I teach at Sun & Moon Yoga Studio in Virginia, serve as President of the Feathered Pipe Foundation and work for busy startup companies - so I know all about what it’s like to yearn for practical ways to insert pauses into a heavily scheduled, rat-race-y life. My teaching draws on inspiration from my most influential teachers: Erich Schiffmann, every fine poet, my cheeky teacher within, and a sacred place in Montana called the Feathered Pipe Ranch. 

I encourage students toward skillful listening, nudging them in the direction of a creative and alignment-savvy practice. What I want for students is for their practice to be fresh and compelling every time. If we're listening inwardly with relaxed and steady commitment, every new now is 100 percent fresh and entirely worthy of our attention.
