Merve Yigit is a yoga teacher, sociologist, entrepreneur, and mindfulness trainer who is dedicated to sharing better health and wellness in all aspects of life. With many years of experience and extensive knowledge in yoga and other movement practices, Merve is the founder of Yoga Malta and is committed to helping others find alignment in their passions, work, and selves. Based in Malta, Merve teaches yoga classes during the summer months from May to December and also organizes yoga retreats and yoga teacher training courses in various locations around the world, including India, Bali, Thailand, Turkey, Costa Rica, and Kenya.
