After having 2 young children at home and learning that my father was diagnosed with ALS, I began suffering from anxiety. This led me to enter my first yoga studio as a student. For the first time ever, for 1 hour, I thought about nothing but the breath and movement, I was in the present moment. The longer I practiced the quicker it became apparent that Yoga is Magic. I was able to find tools to help my anxiety and along the way reazlied that my constate headaches and backaches were gone. I feel younger now than I did in my 30's! I also feel so free and peaceful. Yoga has transformed my relationship with myself, my husband, my children, friends and family. I vowed that I cannot learn all of this and not help others that may be feeling what I was, so I decided to get certified and the rest is history!
I specialize in yoga for anxiety, the breath (Pranayama), the mind body and soul connection. I teach Vinyasa, yoga nidra, meditations and I am also a certified sound healer.
My mission is to bring yoga to all beings, so that we can all feel good in our body, mind and spirit and make our journey here pleasant and self fulfilling.
