Melissa Eisler is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, a certified meditation instructor, and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2011. She currently teaches at several studios in San Diego, CA, on retreats, privately, and in corporate and volunteer settings. She is also the creator and author of www.mindfulminutes.com.
Melissa’s yoga classes offer a unique and creative way for students to move through sequences, with an emphasis on the breath, proper alignment, and a philosophical or spiritual theme interlaced throughout each class. Melissa draws from nearly two decades of practicing a variety of yoga styles, principally Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Anusara. Her goal is to inspire her students to challenge their bodies, open their minds and hearts, and deepen their awareness in all forms: physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
She is also a certified Executive and Leadership Coach (PCC), where she partners with leaders to develop their resilience, systems thinking, strategic communication skills, and leadership presence in order to reach their goals.
