Isabell Hohberger completed her yoga teacher training in 2021/2022 and is currently teaching pre- and postnatal classes in Wil, Degersheim and St. Gallen, Switzerland. She is also an experienced midwife. Isabell teaches also birth preparation courses and baby schwimming courses. Isabell is a certified yoga teacher 500h with Uplifted Yoga. In her prenatal classes she focuses on alignment, strengh and flexibility and mindset for an optimal preparation for birth, but also for an empowered pregnancy. In Postnatal classes she focuses on balancing the body and mind, supporting the nervous system during this demanding times.
