It is not easy for me to describe my relationship with yoga. I feel that the words are ‘small’, but I will try to capture my feelings about it.

    After 14 years, yoga still inspires me, motivates me to continue, fills my daily life with touches of calm, relaxation and happiness.

     Ever since I 'met' yoga my life has taken a different turn, everything has become clearer and at the same time simpler and more beautiful.

     I have completed 200 RYT and I look forward to going even deeper with 300 RYT.
