I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, having completed my training in June 2021 with School Yoga Institute. I specialize in Chair Yoga for people living with mobility challenges due to illness or injury or age. I also teach Ashtanga Fundamentals to people in recovery from substance abuse.
