Elke Smits is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) at Yoga Alliance and owner of Innerflow Yoga. A lovely cozy yoga studio in Eindhoven. There she teaches yin yoga, hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga in flow style.
She also teaches pregnancy yoga and helps pregnant women to prepare for childbirth with yoga and mindfulness.
Elke has completed her training with Nele van Poucke, Esther Scheen and Shiva Rea. She is a certified yoga teacher and completed her trainings at Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).
