Jane is a qualified 500-hour yoga teacher who found yoga as a tool for connecting the mind & body and cultivating a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
For years Jane has worked in the health care and mental health industry and has a passion to share yoga (on and off the mat) with the community and to share space with others who want to grow and explore yoga.
Jane is passionate about learning and honouring the roots of yoga & its philosophies. You'll find these philosophies weaved into classes that will ask you to slow down, reflect & really drop into your body.
