Yoga found me 25 years ago, and I have returned to the practice again and again to work through many life projects, such as keeping up a joyous outlook, preparing for a natural childbirth, and maintaining good physical health.
I completed my advanced teacher training with Yoga Farm Ithaca, as well as the 85 hour Dolphin Method Prenatal Vinyasa teacher training with Jennifer More, in 2022. I am full of gratitude for the wisdom and inspiration of all my teachers.
In my yoga-for-all classes, I offer accessible, adaptable sequences that interweave traditional poses with creative movement, qi gong, and breathwork. I help people of all ages and experience levels use yoga to free themselves from suffering and find strength, flexibility, and peace in mind, heart, and body. Additionally, I help prenatal yoga clients know their own strength, grace, and power so that they can have their best pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.
