Having over nine years of yoga experience, I decided to become an Ashtanga yoga teacher, in Mysore, India in 2017 and has been guiding more than 11.000 students since then (in person and online). My practice has changed over the years, experiencing thought different styles of yoga (vinyasa, aerial yoga, yin, SUP yoga). Nowadays after a Vinyasa Training with Briohny Smith, I have created my own style; integrating all the practices I like into my classes.
I could say teach:
- Aerial Yoga to reconnect with the inner child.
- Vinyasa to experience the wisdom of yoga.
- Yin to cultivate acceptance.
-Sup Yoga to calm down the fluctuations of the mind.
