Auburn Phillips found physical yoga well over a decade ago, but took some time to truly appreciate the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the practice. Early on, she had no interest in teaching, but when she discovered the peace the various limbs of yoga can bring, she decided she would like to share the practice with others.
Auburn teaches flow, yin, and guided meditation. She is certified as a prenatal yoga instructor and is interested in learning to guide yoga nidra sessions.
Auburn hopes that her students find peace and joy through their practice.
