Jacquelyn Mayers is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).  She loves traveling the world, cooking, and spending time in nature.    She is a Reiki IV Master Teacher and has be a practitioner since 2017.  She's worked in Law Enforcement since 2006 and is passionate in helping those who've experienced trauma.  People have described her as calm and laid back which is reflected in her yoga classes.  She has experienced the power of asana, breath work, and meditation when processing her own experiences and is motivated to create and facilitate a safe space for others to process theirs.
