Melanie's training is based in ancient yoga traditions, rooted in alignment, and blended into a practice that brings together balance, strength, and flexibility in a slow flow format. Her detailed teaching is infused with a gentle spirit, inspiration, and a sense of joy that encourages every student to listen to their body and breath to awaken their inner light of awareness and wisdom. Students say they leave her classes feeling both energized and restored.
