Hi there! I am a RYT 200, RPYT who truly trusts in the power of the yoga lifestyle. I believe that the real yoga is on and off the mat. Together with breath and mindful movement, we can create powerful energetic vibes that cleanse our mind and body. I discovered so much about self love after discovering yoga through my dance career. It was then I truly began to embark on my journey of self-love, community, and harmony. Through this loving awareness, I felt compelled to share the magic of yoga strategies with my community. After practicing yoga throughout my pregnancy, I truly felt even more connected to my yoga practice. I have infinite gratitude for all that my yoga practice gave me throughout the prenatal period of my life, and felt an additional draw to seek out more training. I seek to help other mama’s to be embrace their bodies throughout their pregnancy journeys. I hope to get the honor of sharing some yoga with you one day too. Namaste.
