Constance first came to practicing yoga in 2009 as a way to heal her body from back problems and to release stress from her Corporate job. She instantly fell in love with the practice. After holding out for close to a decade, she decided to enroll in yoga teacher training as a means of personal growth, with no desire of teaching. The more she learned as a yogini, the more her intention turned to teaching and sharing the love of yoga with others.
She is a RYT® 500; 100hr Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher; Certified Yoga Flexibility Coach with YTC; Certified Yoga Trapeze® Teacher and Brain Longevity® Specialist with ARPF.
Constance hopes that her classes allow students to explore their yoga goals and intentions to their fullest capacity through awareness of the breath and the exploration of mobility, range of motion, strength, and flexibility.
