Yoga helped me find myself and connect to who I am in a way I never thought possible. This practice and mind-body connection has helped me transform my body after trauma.
I strive to empower others to find their edge to locate this peace within themselves as well. I endeavor to create a peaceful and supportive atmosphere to inspire both new and experienced yoga students in their practice. I offer a refreshing and renewing adaptable yoga practice in English as well as American Sign Language.
