I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, offering classes in a mixed hatha and vinyasa style in Wellington, NZ.
I'm passionate about using yoga to relieve chronic stress and pain. In addition to vinyasa yoga classes, I also teach weekly classes and workshops in restorative yoga.
I specialise in providing yoga to outdoor enthusiasts including yoga for trampers/hikers and yoga for cyclists.
I also offer one-to-one private sessions, workplace and group sessions.
I believe the right yoga class leaves you feeling better in whatever way you need, whether that's relaxed, energised, strengthened, more mobile or simply at ease. I teach in ways that encourage students to get to know their body and find their style. It's about making yoga work for you.
