Bella Estrela is a Swedish yoga instructor and retreat leader that currently resides in Brazil. She has been practicing yoga since a very young age and is now teaching Yoga and SUP Yoga (Yoga on the Stand Up Paddle board) in a small town called Itacare, in the state of Bahia. She is also the co-founder of the retreat and training company The Soulful Kind, and helps organize and lead Yoga retreats around the globe.
