Scarlett Lily is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Scarlett owns Sow Studio- an inclusive one on one and private group class business allowing people to practice in the comfort of their own home with carefully curated classes made specifically for each client. Scarlett also teaches in yoga studios throughout Auckland, New Zealand.
