Jodi’s teaching style is upbeat and authentic. She teaches a fun power flow that’s accessible to all levels and abilities. Jodi will challenge you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone both physically and mentally, while listening to great music and having a blast!
Jodi discovered yoga in while struggling with anxiety and depression. She was surprised by how yoga allowed her to stay connected to her body while also working through hard things; on and off her mat. This led her down a path of self-discovery, healing, and the desire to share her knowledge with others.
Jodi is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She completed her training through Gypsea Yoga School in Costa Rica.
Jodi is also a certified Yin Yoga teacher. She completed her 50 hour training through Summers School of Yin Yoga.
