Born and raised in Italy, where she studied classical and contemporary dance and graduated in production and artistic techniques.
Yoga came her way many years ago, thanks to one of her dance teachers who made her understand that yoga and dance go hand in hand. She thus started to practice yoga, developing a deep desire to improve her knowledge of this ancient discipline.
After more than ten years of study, in the fall of 2017 she travelled to India where she did her Yoga Teacher Training that qualified her as a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
Over the years she has experienced several styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Asthanga. Having been a professional dancer, she learnt to fuse her passion into creative flowing classes that provide dynamism, strength, flexibility and body awareness.
In her sessions she really cares about helping and guiding students to dive deeper into their practice and find awareness on and off their mats.
As a yoga teacher and eternal learner, her goal is to set the stage for transformation by providing helpful tools for a safe practice and teach in reverence to the heritage and philosophy of the yogic path.
