Reggie D. Ford is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
"After playing college football, I searched for a form of exercise that made me feel like I was getting strong but didn't take a toll on my body. I also suffered from plantar fasciitis in both feet for years and NOTHING I did ever cured me of it. It wasn't until I found HYEN and did yoga everyday for 2 weeks that I was finally rid of the pain for good! Since then, I've been sold on the physical healing effects of yoga. I even did yoga as I was recovering from a ruptured achilles. ⠀
I started yoga as a form of exercise but now it is much more spiritual for me. When I get on my mat, I am in my area of refuge away from everything that life brings. Outside of yoga, when life hits, I come back to my breathing and the thoughts that go through my mind during my practice. It has changed my life for the best! "
