CHAIR YOGA & GENTLE YOGA.

Elsa Riley began practising yoga as a way to balance her life both as a runner and as a person living wholeheartedly in an aging body.  Fast forward several years when her enjoyment of a yoga practise led her to begin teacher training with YogaFit Worldwide.  She also began training with Sherry Zak Morris of Yoga Vista Academy; completing a certification specialty in Chair Yoga.  A true yogi and forever a student; Elsa enjoys contributing as a teacher and growing as a student.

Elsa Riley M.Ed. is a retired teacher and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She teaches both Chair Yoga and Gentle Yoga in Estero, Florida during the winter months. In the summer and fall, she can be found at the Zatzsman Sportsplex in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, each Tuesday and Thursday, practising Chair Yoga with a great group of Seniors.
