Monica Vergassola is a Registered Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

I started taking yoga in South Est Asia in 2015. From then I have been constantly practicing and studying across multiple disciplines: Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Pranayama.

I have an adaptive approach that makes asana practice accessible to beginners with comprehensive class by building thoughtful sequence and offering adjustments and cues. My purpose is to reach an alignment safely, obtain balance and flexibility trough gentle and fluid movement at slow to moderate pace combined to the awareness use of the breath.

I have master's degree in law and a deep passion for the art world. I've ever loved studying for the pleasure of knowing and understanding and I apply this attitude to the world of yoga as well.
