Whitney Cummins is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).  She has studied and practiced: Hatha, Tantric Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga.  Primarily, she is a student of Tantric Hatha and looks to bring her students closer to meditation through various time-tested techniques.  Her years of teaching English all over the world has brought her to guide other yoga teachers in effective use of language as they teach.  Whitney creates online content relating to a variety of yogic topics as she has a true devotion for spreading the knowledge of yoga.
